This is a large and unusual set of 18 Wedgwood dinner plates with hand colored enamel over a transfer applied decoration depicting "The Hunt". The hand painted enamel colors create a vibrant contrast to the blue enamel borders. Each plate has gold trim and the named scenes with 6 repeated subjects fill the centers creating an all-over painting. Ca. 1925
