Heinrich and Co. Selb, Bavaria created this Art Deco inspired dinner service exclusively for the NY firm of Carole Stupell in the 1940's. This dramatic pattern was custom ordered and made exclusively for her New York shop. Each piece is hand painted with magnolia flowers and branches, highlighted in raised paste gold. The vibrant flowers are contrasted by a deep teal blue ground creating a very simple and elegant design. This set was never used and is in pristine condition. 49 pieces total.

The service is comprised of  9 dinner plates which measure 10 1/4",  11 cups and saucers 5 3/4" ,  10 dessert plates 7 7/8" and 10 bread and butter plates 6 3/8".
