Minton Neoclassical Figural Candlesticks with Parian Faces
This is pair of museum-quality Minton hard paste porcelain candlesticks with hand painted cobalt enamel embellishment. The raised portions are gilded with both bright gold and "Florentine" gold finish. The candlesticks are made in 3 parts with the middle section in Parian, depicting three Neo-classical women surrounding the standard. Ca. 1858
