This is an amazing platter in every way. It is huge, it is mounted with life-size cast lobsters, it totally useful, highly decorative and very dramatic. Made by Franco Lagini, Italy, it has an all-over martele or hammered surface and though it is silver over copper, it is not too heavy to carry for serving.
