Set of 12 rare Coalport 19th c. dessert plates with a soft rose/pink enamel ground and contrasting white floral motif. Each rim is molded as a branch with raised flowers and then highlighted in raised paste gold and finished off with a eye-catching gold starburst center. The raised molded relief sets these apart with this unusual two-dimensional quality. The condition is excellent and these are perfect on a table or showcased in a cabinet. Made in England ca. 1890's, the condition is excellent!
