This rare and complete service for 12 includes the water goblets and matching pitcher. The color was one of Frederick Carder's favorites, a variation of the "Verre de Soie" crystal, glass of silk. It has the same subtle Iridescence but with a hint of green, reminiscent of the sea. The goblets are a substantial size and the whole set is both practical and gorgeous! The applied rigaree and prunts add a whimsical element, like frosting on a cake. All in excellent conditon, Made in Corning, NY ca. 1910.
