This closely matched pair of Art Nouveau Art Glass vases was made by the French Glass Company, Mt.Joye ca.1890-1900. Standing 15" tall, these make a dramatic statement both in their randomly applied decoration, shape and colors, using a frosted cameo ground with a white and amethyst, purple palette. The borders are embellished with gold enamel and the body is both frosted and polished to clear. Filled with flowers or standing alone, these are a decorative and useful pair.
