This is an unbelievably rare set of 12 Anglo-Irish hand blown crystal goblets dating from the early 1800's with a substantially large bowl and the classic square "lemon squeezer" base. The V shaped bowl holds  10+ ounces and is finely engraved with a traditional thistle pattern and beautifully engraved roses. They are also engraved with the word "Fiat" which translates to "a formal authorization or proposition; a decree." Ca. 1800-1820's
You would be hard pressed to find a single example but this is a set of 12, all in excellent condition. Museum quality, over 200 years old!
