H. P. Sinclaire produced the finst crystal items in Corning New York after first working at T. G.Hawkes and then starting his own facotory. He loved and specialized in engraved designs and this example is typical of the amazing rock-crystal style produced by Sinclaire about 1915. The hand blown crystal is embellished with the classic basket centerpiece filled with flowers and the handles are an additional design that makes this so special. The shape also is in keeping with the themeso when filled with your favorite flowers it will imitate the engraved pattern. This is a signed piece and is a show stopper, empty or full!
