This beautiful set of 12 dinner plates incorporate a variety of styles including Aesthetic Movement "Japonesque" central motif, all hand painted over black transfer, in polychrome enamels featuring the iconic peony. The rich colors are a blend of pink, rose, teal and emerald green.  They are further highlighted with an Art Deco-style black and yellow border creating a frame around the fancifully decorated border. These date to 1918 and were made for Tiffany and Company, NY., all in mint condition!
