This is a set of 11 Minton dessert plates featuring acid etched gold and pink borders retailed by Davis Collamore, and dating to the 1920's. These will work with so many other colors and patterns and will be easy to add to other sets -Let's mix and match!

These plates incorporate all of the best that Minton, which was a renowned English porcelain manufacturer, was famous for. They produced high-quality ceramics and elegant designs, often incorporating elaborate gilding and intricate patterns. The acid etched gold design is elaborate but understated and reads "Arts and Crafts" aesthetic. The rich pink is also referred to as "Rose Pompadour" after the color Sevres developed for their soft paste china in 1850. Minton perfected it on their hard paste china moving forward. Made in England ca. 1920's, all in excellent condtion commensurate with age.
